These terms govern your use of venuTry's websites and capture pages. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Using our pages

You may use our capture pages to receive a product sample and, if you choose, to share your contact information with the sponsoring brand. You agree to provide accurate information and not to submit forms on behalf of anyone else, in an automated fashion, or to disrupt the service.

Age

The service is intended for adults 21 and over, matching the venues we operate in. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn we have collected information from anyone under 18, we delete it.

Product samples

Samples are provided by the sponsoring brand, not by venuTry. venuTry makes no warranty regarding any sampled product; questions about a product should be directed to its brand.

No warranty

Our pages are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, venuTry is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, venuTry's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to $100 or the amount you paid venuTry, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the capture pages.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
